West Yorkshire Probation have collaborated with Sterling on several recruitment campaigns for senior and middle management roles.
Sterling demonstrated a high level of expertise in designing various selection exercises and interview questions as well as interpreting psychometric instruments. Sterling assessors also made a big contribution on the day of the assessment centres and facilitated the decision-making session.
