Board Level Leadership Development Programme
Sterling has recently designed and implemented a top team development programme for the Executive Board of Echo.
The purpose was to help the Board more clearly understand their individual and collective strengths and weaknesses, enhance team working and establish an effective development plan for the future. This extremely intensive, two-day residential event was fully facilitated by Sterling and the programme more than achieved its objectives enabling the Board to move forward with greater clarity and direction.
