Leadership Excellence Framework – Accredited by Leeds Business School
We will be holding a number of open workshops during January and February 2007 to showcase some of the core modules in the new Sterling Leadership Excellence Framework.
Designed in conjunction with the Leeds Business School, the framework has been created with the modern leader very much in mind – helping them develop the skills and capabilities necessary to meet the ever increasing demands of today’s business and organisational environments.
The accreditation and modular format enables individuals to study towards professional qualifications whilst addressing specific organisational needs in an easy and relevant manner.
The topics covered within the open workshops will be leading through change, stakeholder management, facilitation skills and the leader as a coach and will initially be held at our offices in Leeds City Centre with other locations planned for the near future.
