Contact Centre Recruitment Project
Sterling has recently entered into partnership with Echo Northern Ireland to source and assess over 250 candidates at varying levels for a new contact centre within Belfast. The contact centre is a new venture to cope with the recent change in legislation affecting Northern Ireland Water Services.
The project is one of the largest that Sterling has ever been involved with and is going very well. Kevin Gordon, Director at Sterling is leading on the project and is finding it very engaging. “It is hard work and there are whole host of factors to consider but the project is going well and I am learning a lot about recruitment and assessment in Northern Ireland”. All of the jobs being created as a result of this project will be advertised within the local press but will also be posted on the project website www.echo-ni.co.uk. Some of the more senior opportunities will also be posted on the Sterling website.
