Sterling’s recent outing to the CIPD Conference and Exhibition was a resounding success with many organisations particularly interested in the Sterling leadership development framework.
Owen Jones, the creator of the framework that is accredited by Leeds Business School, could barely draw breath with delegates fascinated by his in depth knowledge of development issues affecting modern organisations. “it’s the flexibility of the programme which people are attracted to” comments Owen, “organisations want to offer a flexible, accredited development programme to their employees whilst being able to address the specific current needs of the organisation.”
Many delegates discussed the recruitment and assessment products with Sterling’s consultants and were impressed by the depth of knowledge and experience on offer.
Sterling employed the services of Mike Bryson, an award winning caricaturist whose presence added an element of fun to the event. He drew over 130 delegates who were flocking to the stand in droves to “see themselves how others see them.”
