Improving the effectiveness of senior teams through a combination of profiling tools, facilitated discussion and syndicate work. Providing a safe and structured environment in which senior teams can explore and develop new strategies for dealing with burning issues and organisational challenges.

An intense personal evaluation and development programme for Senior Managers aspiring to Director level positions. It provides invaluable exposure to contemporary assessment practices and a range of psychometric tools in order to clarify and focus on development needs and career planning.

A range of highly personalised coaching and development interventions aimed at Senior Managers and Executives. With a focused, pragmatic and experiential approach, we use relevant business and organisational issues to enable individuals to explore existing and alternative thinking, gain key insights and fast-track their learning and development towards predetermined goals and outcomes.

We have a strong track record of designing and facilitating bespoke development centres that enable organisations to benchmark and develop the capabilities of their leadership teams in a focused, safe, enjoyable and supportive manner whilst ensuring that activity is focused on where it is most needed.
• Accredited Leadership Development Programme & Workshops
This is our Flagship Programme – designed and delivered in conjunction with Leeds Metropolitan University Business School. It is a highly flexible and modular framework of leadership development interventions with a strong emphasis on transferring learning into the workplace. Suitable for leaders at all levels, delegates have the opportunity to achieve an accredited management qualification via our unique partnership with Leeds Metropolitan University Business School.
The programme is also accessible via a series of two-day workshops featuring core topic areas such as; Facilitation Skills; Stakeholder Management; The Leader as a Coach; and Leading Through Change.
