Our Director Development Programmes offer an intense personal evaluation for Senior Managers aspiring to Director level positions. They provide invaluable exposure to contemporary assessment practices and a range of psychometric tools in order to clarify and focus on development needs and career planning.
Ongoing Executive Coaching is also available - programmes are fully customised to meet the exact needs of the individual - further information is available on request
Cost is obviously determined by nature and content of the individual programme - and may also qualify for grant support
