- Role PlayWith a role-play exercise, candidates are usually provided with a written brief and given time to prepare for a typical scenario that they could face in their new role.

Sterling is independent of any test provider and we are therefore able to provide a range of personality questionnaires for use in recruitment including OPQ, 16PF and Thomas International

These include Myers Briggs, Herman (HBDI) and TMSDI. - Ability TestsShould a role require a specific measurable ability, such as verbal or numeric analysis or problem solving, then an ability test designed to assess the relevant level of ability is incorporated into the assessment process.
